1) What is DeliverEat?

DeliverEat is Northern Region’s FIRST online food ordering website that allows EVERYONE to enjoy a vast variety of food. Ranging from cuisines from the west to your local delights.


2) Where are the meal prepared?

All food preparations takes place at the restaurant that you have selected. DeliverEat will then deliver your selected meals from the restaurant, to YOU.


3) What are your operation hours?

Our deliver services are available from 11am to 9pm daily.


4) What is your payment mode?

We accept only online card payments.

Credit Card (VISA & Master), Maybank2U, Alliance Online, RHB, Hong Leong Online, FPX, Mobile Money, CIMB Click, Web Cash, MEPS Cash, PayPal


5) Can I pay via cash?

Sorry, we only accept credit card payments for security reasons, but we will work on this matter and if there are any further changes, we will notify our valued customers.


6) What is the minimum order?

Minimum order per outlet is RM 25.00.


7) How to order?

  • Step 1 - Select your location
  • Step 2 - Select your meals from the list of Restaurants
  • Step 3 - Minimum order at RM 25.00
  • Step 4 - Confirm order and make payment via credit card.
  • Step 5 - Your meal is on the way!


8) How do I know if my orders get through?

You will receive a confirmation number and an email from us, stating the orders that you have selected.


9) Can I combine orders from a list of Restaurants?

Orders cannot be combined. Minimum order per outlet is RM25.


10) Are there any delivery fees?

we only charge a minimal of RM3 delivery fee and 10% admin fee.


11) How does GST affect consumers of DeliverEat?

In line with the implementation of GST in Malaysia effective from 1 April 2015,
please be informed that we have registered for GST and our GST number is 001968480256.

With this implementation there will be a 6% GST charges on Delivery Fee and Admin Fee.
Do not worry as there will be no double charging of GST.

Eg.(Restaurant with GST)
Food price: RM10.
10% admin fee: RM1.00
Delivery fee: RM3.00
6% GST: RM0.84
Total: RM14.84

Eg.(Restaurant with no GST)
Food price: RM10.
10% admin fee: RM1.00
Delivery fee: RM3.00
6% GST: RM0.24
Total: RM14.24

For restaurants that are not GST registered, 6% GST charges is only on the amount from Delivery Fees and Admin Fee.


12) How long will the delivery take?

Delivery of your meals will take approximately 1 hour. However, for bulk/ large corporate orders, we may require extended time. Click here to make bulk/large orders.

13) Do you still deliver during heavy rain?

Come rain or shine, we will deliver from 11am to 9pm daily. However, when it comes to extremely heavy rain pours, DeliverEat too wants to protect their delivery crew's safety, thus, delivery time might be extended slightly. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter.


14) Where is my meal?

In the event that your meals do not arrive at your premise at the stipulated time, please contact us at 016-2039827 and we will rectify the matter immediately.


15) What is Address Verification?

Address Verification is an additional step for you to verify whether your address is correct or not. There is an added feature which allows you to PIN YOUR ADDRESS to make it more accurate. We take steps into making sure that your orders will reach to you at the earliest time and the most accurate address given.


16) What is Verification Code?

It is a personal security code. You will need to provide our DeliverEat crew the 3-digit verification code when your meals are delivered to you. This is to confirm that the meals ordered have already been collected.


17) What if I am not home when my meal arrives? Can DeliverEat redeliver?

Once our delivery crew arrives at your premise, we will give you a call. If there is no answer within 3 calls, orders are assumed to be cancelled. However upon your approval (please provide verification code to our delivery crew), we will leave the meals at the guardhouse or at your porch area.
NOTE: By giving out the verification code to our delivery crew, you are acknowledging that you have received the orders.
We appreciate that customers be at their premise after making orders.


18) Can I cancel my orders?

In the event that you have confirmed and submitted your orders, no cancellations are allowed.

20) Is there a membership fee imposed on DeliverEat member's account?

Membership is FREE


21) Do you have catering services?
